Smoker Ordering Information
If you are planning on ordering a Backwoods Smoker and it is not in stock or it is a custom order, wait time is approximately 6-8 weeks and may be shipped from Shreveport, LA. Custom orders will require a 25% Non-Refundable Deposit at time of order with full payment of balance due (including any shipping/handling) 3 weeks prior to expected delivery date. All prices listed DO NOT include any shipping/handling to final delivery destination. F.O.B. is subject to weight of smoker and address the smoker is shipped from and to. “NEW” Backwoods Smokers have a 2 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship. Defects and Damage caused by weather, such as rust, or Damage resulting from user error are not covered under the Backwoods Smoker warranty. Return of product (including shipping/handling or crating) to the Backwoods manufacturer for warranty issues are the sole responsibility of purchaser. All sales are subject to KY state sales tax of 6%. A convenience fee of 3% will be charged for all credit card transactions. All sales of smokers are final. |
